Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. For other regions, please contact our studio to confirm availability before ordering.

2. Order Processing Time
Processing time is separate from shipping time and excludes weekends and public holidays.
Standard in-stock products: 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order, engraved, bulk, and bespoke works: the production timeline is confirmed on the product page or in your written quote.

3. Standard Parcels (up to 1kg)
Available delivery services, the final shipping charge, and the checkout currency are shown before payment.
Standard shipping: approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or local holidays.

4. Large or Heavy Artworks (over 1kg)
These works ship by private quote rather than the standard checkout rate. Before payment, our studio will confirm protective packaging, carrier options, delivery timing, and the exact shipping charge through WeChat or email.

5. Taxes, VAT, Duties, and Import Charges
Taxes may be calculated at checkout where required and supported. Unless your checkout or written quote expressly states that duties and import charges are included, the recipient is responsible for any charges assessed by the destination country. Please check local requirements before ordering.

6. Tracking and Delivery
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number when tracking is available.

7. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If a package is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping charge. If the carrier confirms that a package was lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

8. Custom Orders
Production, packaging, shipping, and delivery timelines for bespoke or bulk orders are confirmed in the written quote before payment.
